To access the site you will need:
- High Speed Internet Connection (DSL or Cable)

Why do I need a Broadband (high speed) Internet Connection?

Punch! University offers training videos. These videos are streamed in your computer’s browser which will require a fast connection or this process it is likely to fail.

Which Punch! Software program do I need to have?

The courses were developed using Punch! Architectural Series 3000 Version 10. We recommend you have Version 10 of our products to get the most out of our training.

Users with Version 8 or higher will be able to follow along with most of the exercises. The sample drawings require version 10 to open. Products older than version 8 can be used with more limited learning, while still gaining some valuable knowledge.

I cannot download the course materials.

There are several reasons you might be having trouble downloading. Here are a few common problems…

You may be having an issue with the default Windows XP Service Pack 2 settings:

If you've installed Windows XP Service Pack 2, your browser's security settings may be blocking your download. If this happens, a yellow security bar will appear at the top of your browser window informing you it has, in fact, blocked your download. To continue the download, click this yellow bar and select "Download File" from the menu.

Other firewall software you installed may be blocking our site:

For help configuring other firewall software, please refer to your firewall's help documents on how to block and unblock web sites or contact the publisher of the software.

There could be a connection issue with your Internet service provider (ISP):

For help with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) including download speeds and disconnection problems, please use the normal support channels provided by your ISP or contact them via their home page.
